FIRST FLOOR
Large room with a light and harmonious decoration, light colors, a light floor and lots of natural light. Kitchen, perfectly equipped with a huge fridge and a huge freezer entirely at your disposal. Oversized living and dining rooms, TV room with projector, office with screen and printer (can use as sigle bedroom), bar room, laundry, mud room.
SECOND FLOOR
5 very large bedroom with their own full bathroom and 2 adjoining bedrooms for a total of 13 sleepers in 8 beds.
THIRD FLOOR
Large playroom/bedroom with 2 full beds for 4 sleepers and a Laundry.
Many rooms have an incredible view of the outside without vis-à-vis.
All beds are equipped with 2 feather pillows per person, a feather duvet and 100% cotton sheets.
OUTSIDE
Oversized two level stone patio with stone bar, big city gas barbecue and sitting walls overlooking the water.
The huge lush grounds garden overlooks the water along its entire length. Very pretty stone lookout gazebo, at the end of the garden at the edge of the water with lower level cabana with water sports things (kayak, paddle, fish stick…).
A staircase allows you to go directly down into the water.
The Private club of Shore Acres with pool, beach, clubhouse and mooring just steps away (restricted access).
15 mn walk / 5mn drive to Mamaroneck town, restaurants, shops and train direct to Manhattan.
The house is completely privatized for you. The refrigerator and freezer will be entirely available for you.
You have access to most of the rooms except those where personal effects are stored.
ABOUT EVENTS
We allow small family events (around 50 people) but we ask our tenants to respect the peace of the neighborhood by not playing music too loudly and too late.
It is allowed to use background music outdoors on a small speaker but we do not allow professional speakers, musical instruments and DJs outdoors
